It’s pretty hard to beat a fresh off the griddle flour tortilla. Am I right? I’m not saying that these taste exactly like the soft, buttery, flaky flour tortillas, but they’re pretty dang close… and that’s perfect for me! I topped one tortilla with some melted ghee on top and O.M.G. it was heaven. These stay together very nicely and I”m excited to try out some enchiladas with them, and of course a breakfast taco. Otto’s brand of cassava flour is the only one to use in my opinion!
